Salary: Up to £50,000 (DOE)

As our Senior BI & Insights Analyst, you'll be at the heart of Knovia's analytics evolution‑designing, delivering, and optimising BI solutions that shape the way we operate across finance, compliance, people, customer experience, product, marketing, and sales.
The Senior BI & Insights Analyst will own the design, delivery, and optimisation of BI and analytics solutions that enhance business performance across finance, compliance, people, customer experience, product, marketing, and sales.
This role blends technical expertise, business acumen, and strategic influence, turning complex data into actionable insights, predictive models, and decision‑focused dashboards. You will drive adoption of analytics, guide business stakeholders, and contribute to the organisation's data platform and AI capabilities, moving the business away from siloed Excel reporting toward a scalable, centralised analytics culture.
