Job summary

Provallar Executive Search is seeking a hands-on Senior BI Developer for a fast-growing global sportswear and lifestyle brand. You will lead end-to-end Power BI environments across ERP data, SQL Server, ETL and data architecture.

You will collaborate with business leaders to shape BI systems, build scalable models, implement security and governance, and optimise performance through DAX, partitions and incremental refresh.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Power BI and enterprise data modelling.
• Advanced SQL Server / T-SQL, performance tuning and optimisation.
• Experience designing ETL processes and data transformations.
• Expertise in ERP data structures, data integration and data governance.
• Strong DAX and Power BI service knowledge, with data security in mind.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Power BI environment and data infrastructure.
• Design and maintain scalable semantic models and enterprise datasets.
• Develop and optimise complex DAX measures and ETL pipelines.
• Manage data governance, security, and deployment workflows.
• Collaborate with business leaders across Sales, Finance, Operations and Supply Chain.
• Troubleshoot performance, data integrity, and connectivity issues.
