Job summary

Capgemini is seeking an experienced BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) Engineer to support a large-scale, highly customised deployment within secure UK facilities, including Manchester or Inverness. The role covers expert-level support, administration, troubleshooting, and policy engineering across the EPM platform.

The candidate will collaborate with Application Packaging teams and participate in an on-call rota, with hybrid working arrangements emphasised in Capgemini’s UK

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience administering and engineering BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM).
• Strong understanding of Windows endpoint security architecture.
• Experience creating, modifying, and troubleshooting BeyondTrust EPM policies.
• Proven experience supporting application packaging and software deployment processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer, support, and maintain a heavily customised BeyondTrust Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) environment.
• Work with Application Packaging and Endpoint Engineering teams to ensure deployment and operation of packaged applications.
• Design, implement, and maintain EPM policies governing privilege elevation, application control, allowlisting, and endpoint security.
• Analyse application behaviour and determine privilege management requirements for new and existing software packages.
• Troubleshoot complex EPM-related issues impacting deployment, productivity, or security controls.
• Develop, test, and implement policy changes while maintaining security and stability.
