Job summary

Boots is seeking a Senior Beauty Specialist to lead a team of Boots Beauty Specialists, delivering personalised experiences for every customer in our Beauty Halls. You’ll coach a team across premium brands and guide customers with expert, unbiased advice on skincare, makeup and haircare.

This is a sales-based role focused on team success, with opportunities to test premium products using a £2000 annual product allowance and participate in brand training, events and campaigns.

We're shaking up the beauty scene at Boots, and our Senior Beauty Specialists are leading the charge. As a Senior Beauty Specialist, you will bring the energy, the passion, and the know-how to coach a team of Boots Beauty Specialists to create personalised experiences for every customer who visit our Beauty Halls.

What you’ll be doing

Reporting to the Beauty Assistant Manager, you’ll work across many premium beauty brands, guiding your team to offer expert, unbiased advice that helps customers find products that genuinely work for them across skincare, makeup and haircare.

This is a sales-based role, but it's all about team success, not individual competition. You'll energise your crew to meet shared goals and celebrate wins together - and with up to £2000 annual product allowance*, you'll get to personally test premium products.

You will:

• Work across all premium and luxury brands, offering unbiased recommendations
• Lead by example, coaching and inspiring your team to bring fun, energy and passion to everything they do

What you’ll need to have (our must-haves)

• Strong communication skills and an ability to understand people’s needs
• Curiosity and a proactive attitude to learning new techniques and products

It would be great if you also have

• Experience working in beauty retail or target-based roles
• An interest in creating social content
