Job summary

Ryder Reid is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive to support a range of practice groups, leading marketing and BD initiatives that drive growth and strengthen client relationships.

The role offers significant autonomy, exposure to senior stakeholders, and a hybrid working model. You will manage campaigns, pitches, and market research while mentoring junior team members and shaping strategic BD activity across the firm.

This is a broad and hands‑on role offering significant autonomy, responsibility, and exposure to senior stakeholders.

About You
