Job summary

Hunter Savage is seeking a Banking and Finance Senior Associate for its Manchester practice, advising on complex cross-border financing mandates. This role offers exposure to asset-based lending, leveraged finance, corporate finance, real estate finance, and general banking matters.

The successful candidate will support leading banks, credit funds and sponsors on high-value domestic and international transactions, working in a highly regarded finance team.

Qualifications

• Solicitor qualified in England & Wales or a Commonwealth jurisdiction.
• 2+ years' English market experience; 4–7 years' PQE recommended.
• Strong finance experience including asset-based lending.
• Excellent communication and transaction-management skills.
