We are now seeking an experienced Senior Baker to join our opening kitchen team. This is a senior, specialist role responsible for leading all baking production, ensuring exceptional quality, consistency, and execution across all bread and baked goods served within the restaurant. As Senior Baker, you will take ownership of the bakery function, overseeing the daily production, baking, and presentation of all breads and baked items. You will act as the technical lead for dough and fermentation, setting standards and supporting the wider kitchen team. Working closely with the Head Pastry Chef & Executive Chef, you will play a key role in menu development, production planning, and maintaining the highest standards of craftsmanship, while respecting traditional Italian baking techniques.
