TreasurySpring is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join our UK-based tech team, reporting to the CTO and Head of Software Engineering. Youll have the chance to influence the design and implementation of mission-critical systems powering our money markets platform, with remote work and occasional visits to our Mayfair office.

The role emphasizes Python, CI/CD, and scalable services, with exposure to Postgres, REST/GraphQL, and AWS, plus mentoring juniors and driving code quality.

Formación

• 5+ years experience developing complex applications using an OO language (ideally Python).
• Experience on mission-critical applications with robust SDLC practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills; eager to learn.

Responsabilidades

• Design and develop mission-critical systems for trading and investment ops.
• Analyse requirements, propose solutions, and design software components.
• Write high-quality, efficient, maintainable code and participate in reviews.
• Mentor junior developers and promote coding standards and best practices.
• Communicate with stakeholders and track project progress.
• Optimize Python applications for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
