nPlan in the UK is seeking a Backend Engineer to enhance their AI platform for construction projects. You will join a collaborative team to design and build new capabilities that are scalable and reliable. This position allows for remote work with occasional visits to the Shoreditch office.

The ideal candidate has extensive experience with backend systems, strong skills in Python, Go, Typescript, and the ability to lead technical delivery efficiently while improving operations.

Qualifications

• Three-plus years of experience with scalable, real-world systems.
• Strong understanding of attack surfaces and common vulnerabilities.
• Experience working in teams that embrace agile methodologies.
