Job summary

Harvey Nash Group in Glasgow is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support cybersecurity, digital, infrastructure and business transformation initiatives on a 6/12-month contract. The role is hybrid in Glasgow, paying £550 per day Inside IR35, and requires extensive senior BA experience in complex organisations, with strong stakeholder engagement and change delivery across regulatory environments.

Senior Business Analyst

Glasgow (Hybrid) 6/12-Month Contract

Our client, a leading renewable energy organisation, is seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to support a portfolio of cyber security, digital, infrastructure, and business transformation initiatives.

Key Requirements

• Significant Senior Business Analysis experience within complex organisations.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
• Experience working in federated or matrix environments.
• Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to identify gaps and drive process improvements.
• Experience delivering change within cyber security, infrastructure, digital, or transformation programmes.
• Background working in highly regulated environments.

Desirable Experience

• Knowledge of Operational Technology (OT) environments and technologies such as SCADA, PLCs, HMI, MES, or DCS.
• Understanding of security frameworks including ISO 27001, NIST, IEC 62443, or CIS.
• Experience within the renewable energy, utilities, or wider energy sector.
