Job summary

Willis Aviation Services Limited (WASL) is recruiting a Licensed B1 Aircraft Engineer for Teesside International Airport. You will supervise maintenance activities, certify work, and ensure compliance with all regulatory and company requirements.

Key qualifications include UK CAA Part 66 B1 license, Boeing 737NG type ratings, and CAMO knowledge. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and continuous improvement within a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• UK CAA Part 66 License B1.
• Supervisory experience in base or line maintenance checks.
• Current Boeing 737NG type ratings.
• Knowledge of Part M, Part 145, Part 66 & Part 147.
• Knowledge of CAMO processes.
• Strong written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Certify and support staff and exercises privileges per authorisation document.
• Supervise base maintenance activities and allocate work effectively.
• Ensure completion and certification of all customer work to high compliance standards.
• Adhere to approved maintenance data and procedures.
• Interact with Quality Auditors to ensure independent quality checks.
