Job summary

Wanstor Limited is seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer to join our technology team supporting a customer from The Shard, London. The role is hybrid with three days onsite and two days remote, focusing on Azure, M365, AD/Entra ID and infrastructure projects.

You will own complex incidents, drive improvements, and work with security, architecture and operations to deliver a resilient, modern infrastructure.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience across Microsoft infrastructure.
• Experience as Senior Infrastructure Engineer, 3rd Line Engineer or Systems Engineer.
• Experience across Azure, Active Directory/Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune and Windows Server.
• Broad infra knowledge: VMware, backup/DR and endpoint security.
• Able to own problems through to resolution and follow change processes.
• Experience delivering infrastructure projects, migrations or modernisation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Support and develop a modern hybrid infrastructure environment.
• Manage Microsoft Azure, M365, AD/Entra ID and VMware components.
• Provide senior escalation and troubleshoot complex incidents.
• Lead infrastructure projects from design to handover.
• Implement changes through structured change processes.
• Focus on security, resilience and disaster recovery.
