Job summary

Valorem Reply, the UK arm of globalReplygroup, is seeking a Senior Azure Consultant to lead design and delivery of complex Azure solutions across cloud, data, and AI initiatives. You will work directly with client stakeholders to shape solutions, guide architecture decisions, and mentor delivery teams while staying hands-on for quality and speed.

Qualifications

• Holds a 2:1 degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 6–10+ years’ experience delivering Microsoft Azure solutions.
• AZ-305 and AZ-104 certifications; Fabric/Databricks or AI certifications are beneficial.
• Strong architecture expertise in Azure networking, hybrid connectivity, Entra ID security, landing zones, and governance.
• Skilled in Infrastructure as Code and DevOps practices within Azure environments.
• Proven track record in client-facing consulting roles.
• Experience leading technical workstreams or serving as an architect on complex projects.
• Hands-on experience designing or delivering solutions using Fabric, Azure Databricks, or OpenAI/AI-enabled apps.
• Broad knowledge of Cloud, Data, and AI architectures.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of enterprise Azure solutions, aligning with CAF and Well-Architected Framework principles.
• Define architecture for landing zones, platform infrastructure, identity, networking, security, governance, and operating models.
• Produce and own High-Level and Low-Level Designs, and lead architecture reviews and decisions.
• Guide implementation of enterprise landing zones, hybrid connectivity, and identity/access models using Entra ID.
• Establish Infrastructure as Code standards and support DevOps practices.
• Design and oversee modern Azure data solutions, including Fabric, Databricks, Data Lake, and integration architectures.
• Lead AI-enabled solution architecture covering OpenAI, RAGs, copilots, and responsible AI practices.
• Facilitate discovery sessions, architecture workshops, and mentor delivery teams.
• Support pre-sales, shape technical solutions, help develop reusable patterns and accelerators.
