A prominent aviation services provider is seeking a Senior Supply Chain Manager based in Liskeard. This role involves leading all procurement, stores, and logistics operations across UK and overseas bases, ensuring compliance with regulations and optimizing stock availability. Qualifications

• Proven experience in aviation supply chain and stores management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent knowledge of regulatory compliance (UK CAA/EASA Part 145, Part M).
• Skilled in procurement, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP systems (Aerotrac preferred).
• Strong analytical, organisational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and develop all Stores and Supply Chain staff.
• Define departmental objectives, KPIs, and performance standards.
• Ensure compliance with storage conditions and traceability.
• Develop procurement strategies for cost reduction and risk management.
• Manage supplier negotiation, contract management, and performance evaluation.
• Oversight of basic facilities support and coordinate third-party maintenance services.
