Job summary

ICF seeks a senior aviation technical adviser to strengthen our aircraft leasing and technical advisory capability. You will lead complex engagements across the aircraft lifecycle, including leasing, maintenance, appraisals and asset management.

The role requires broad technical knowledge, strong commercial judgement and the ability to deliver client-ready outputs. You will shape ICF’s aviation technical capability, lead international delivery teams, and advise on asset management, lease

Qualifications

Significant experience in aircraft leasing, aviation finance, or technical advisory.
Deep understanding of leases, maintenance reserves, return conditions and lifecycle considerations.
Proven ability to lead complex analysis and multi-location delivery teams.

Responsibilities

Lead technical delivery on aviation finance, leasing, maintenance and due diligence engagements.
Set technical and analytical approach; ensure client-ready outputs.
Direct and quality-assure work across lease reviews, valuations and maintenance analysis.
Provide end-to-end oversight of assignments including scoping, planning and budgets.
Guide analysts and multi-location teams and resolve technical questions.
