Job summary

AtkinsRéalis in the United Kingdom seeks a Senior Business Analyst to support digital, data and transformation programmes across aviation and secure government environments. You will help turn complex operational challenges into clear, deliverable and value-focused outcomes.

You will collaborate with aviation, security, engineering and technology stakeholders to shape roadmaps, facilitate requirements and advocate data-driven improvements, including exploring AI-enabled insights.

Qualifications

Experience at a Senior level in consulting to clients.
Experience in aviation sector or comparable regulated environments.
BA Diploma or equivalent.
Understanding of aviation delivery environment, including safety, regulatory compliance, passenger experience, resilience and data integration.
Experience in technology-led transformation programmes across strategy, business design and change management.
Experience in agile project delivery (APMP, SAFe, MSP, DSDM, Scrum).
Ability to translate user needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Exemplary stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
Interest in emerging technology and being digital savvy.
Proactive in shaping the future of the team.

Responsibilities

Improve operational performance across passenger processing, resilience and data-enabled operations.
Use data-led insights to identify efficiency opportunities and better decisions.
Support safe, secure, and compliant delivery in regulated settings.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive digital initiatives and culture change.
Explore AI-enabled approaches to enhance insight and efficiency.
Develop transformation roadmaps and facilitate end-to-end requirements development.
Influence Agile practices within the client environment and participate in sprints and reviews.
