A leading global collaboration services firm is seeking an AV Technician to provide technical support across meeting rooms. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of AV technologies including Creston, Cisco, and Extron, and experience in client-facing roles. Responsibilities include performing proactive health checks, managing incidents, and ensuring the quality of multimedia rooms. This full-time role offers a salary range of £42,000 to £46,000 based on experience, with benefits including flexible shift hours.

Salary: £42,000 - £46,000 (dependent on experience), plus company benefits
Interview Process: 2 stages (Virtual and Face-to-face)
Hours: Shifts could be: 07:00 – 16:00 or 10:00 – 18:30 – mostly shifts will be 7am – 4pm, but we would need flexibility to cover the later shift

With the expansion of one of our key global customers, we now have an opportunity for a proven AV technician, passionate about engineering, to join our highly collaborative team to provide AV technical and break fix support across all meeting rooms and technologies across our client’s campus.
The position involves a high degree of exposure, working sometimes with executive management and managing directors to provide the services below.
