Qualifications

• Experience across AV planning and buying for TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV and Cinema.
• Proven ability to lead and develop teams with a collaborative style.
• Strong client relationship skills with ability to provide strategic recommendations.
• Knowledge of the programmatic video ecosystem and its integration with AV investments.
• Experience managing financial processes and campaign investments with accuracy.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Curiosity about evolving media landscape and opportunities that create client value.

Responsibilities

• Lead AV investment planning and activation across TV, BVOD, SVOD, CTV and Cinema campaigns.
• Inspire and support AV specialists, creating an environment where people can thrive and develop their careers.
• Build strong partnerships with media owners to secure outstanding value and opportunities.
• Collaborate with planning and digital investment teams to develop integrated media solutions.
