Qualifications

• Apprentice trained with experience in Quality Engineering.
• Familiar with volume manufacturing processes and auditing.
• Experience with IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Co-ordinate investigation of Customer/Supplier complaints.
• Monitor implementation of corrective actions.
• Accountable for line quality issues and resolutions.

Skills

Problem-solving skills (8D, 5Y, A3, PPS)

Knowledge of lean manufacturing methods

Ability to manage OEM customer and supplier expectations

Education

HNC or Degree in engineering or technical discipline
