Capgemini is seeking a Senior Automation QA Lead (Playwright) in London to drive the test automation strategy for a large-scale Contact Centre Migration programme. You will design and build robust Playwright-based frameworks, ensuring quality across Web UI, API, and end-to-end journeys.

The role collaborates with stakeholders, developers, and product teams in an Agile environment and includes hybrid working with office, client sites, and home.

Qualificações

• 8+ years of software testing and QA automation experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on Playwright automation experience.
• Strong experience designing and developing automation frameworks from scratch.
• Extensive experience in Web UI, API, and End-to-End automation testing.
• Strong programming skills in TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Experience in integrating automation solutions within Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with Git and source code management.
• Experience using Jira and Xray for test management and defect tracking.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
• Experience creating reusable libraries, utilities, and reporting solutions.
