Please note that we are unable to accept your application if you do not meet the following criteria.

  • 35 hours per week (shift-based, including early starts, late finishes, weekends, and bank holidays) this is on a week on week basis covering Chelmsford and Colchester as relief cover.
  • You must be able to arrange your own transport for early/late shifts. Earliest shift is from 0530am, and latest shift finishes by 2300pm.
  • Full training provided and uniform provided.
  • Salary 23165.0.
About the Role

In this role, as an Senior ATG Operator, you'll be the friendly face of Greater Anglia, delivering exceptional customer service while helping passengers travel smoothly and safely. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers at the gateline and ensuring the safe, tidy and efficient operation of the gates.
  • Helping to prevent ticketless travel and fraudulent activity.
  • Reporting any faults and issues promptly.
