Insite Group is seeking an experienced Audit Senior in Manchester to take ownership of external audit engagements and drive quality across a varied client portfolio in the accountancy sector.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering external audits for diverse clients in a professional practice.
• Strong ability to manage engagements and teams under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Leading audit fieldwork and supporting delivery from planning to completion.
• Supervising and reviewing junior team members, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Preparing and reviewing statutory accounts in line with reporting standards.
• Collaborating with managers and engagement teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Identifying audit risks and ensuring proper testing procedures.
• Building relationships with clients while maintaining high service standards.
• Using modern audit tools and technology to improve engagement efficiency.
