Additional Resources Ltd is recruiting an Audit Senior to join our independent chartered accountancy and business advisory firm in the UK. You will lead audit assignments and contribute to accounts, taxation and advisory services for a varied SME client base.

The role offers a salary range of £40,000 - £42,000 negotiable for the right candidate and a benefits package. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK and be prepared to work on site.

Qualifications

• Must have strong practical audit experience.
• Qualified audit professional with relevant certification.
• 1-2 years post-qualification experience preferred.
• Good understanding of accounting and tax requirements.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Managing audit assignments for a varied portfolio of SME clients.
• Reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory requirements.
• Working on group audits, including consolidated financial statements.
• Preparing financial statements, including group accounts.
• Producing tax computations in line with applicable tax requirements.
• Collaborating with senior team members to ensure accuracy of accounts and audits.
