About the Role

Are you an experienced AV professional looking to work on some of the UK's most prestigious residential projects? We're seeking a Senior AV Engineer to install, program, and commission high‑end AV, smart home automation, and networking systems for luxury properties. Working with industry‑leading brands like Crestron, Lutron, and Control4, you'll ensure seamless installations that meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities

• AV Installation & Programming – Install and configure Crestron, Lutron, and Control4 systems.
• Networking Expertise – Set up and troubleshoot IP networks, including routers, switches, and Wi‑Fi.
• Rack Building – Assemble and install high‑spec AV racks with precision.
• Cabling & Termination – Carry out high‑quality terminations for system reliability.
• System Commissioning – Test and fine‑tune systems for flawless functionality.
• Project Collaboration – Work closely with project managers, designers, and architects.
• On‑Site Problem‑Solving – Identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Team Leadership – Mentor junior engineers and contribute to team development.
