Responsibilities
- Ordering of medicines
- Invoicing and payments
- Monitoring and management of supply issues
- Stock control
- Liaise with stores and distribution department
- Prescription management within the home‑care service
- Support the medicines procurement functions, including liaising with suppliers, other departments and external customers
- Facilitate the timely reimbursement process where suppliers have not honoured contractual agreements
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in an administrative role in a similar environment
- Ability to show initiative; helpful and approachable; organised and accurate
- Good IT skills, problem‑solving and communication skills
- Willingness to work in other areas within pharmacy when required
- Commitment to support the stores area on a daily basis
