Job summary

Heathrow Airport is seeking a Senior Assurance Manager to ensure decisions are informed by robust evidence and independent insight. You will lead assurance reviews within the Quality & Assurance department, reporting to the Head of Quality & Assurance, and influence delivery readiness for our major capital programmes.

You will inform senior stakeholders and contribute to governance, driving delivery readiness for high‑value capital projects at Heathrow.

Qualifications

• Lead reviews that provide senior stakeholders with confidence in the delivery readiness of Heathrow’s major capital programmes.
• Applicants from assurance, programme or project delivery, risk, audit, governance, consulting, operations and regulated industries.
• Direct aviation experience is not required.

Working within our Quality & Assurance department and reporting to the Head of Quality & Assurance, you’ll lead reviews that provide senior stakeholders with confidence in the delivery readiness of Heathrow’s diverse portfolio of major capital programmes. This position offers an opportunity to influence high-value, high-profile investment decisions and shape assurance practices that strengthen governance across Heathrow and ensure efficient, value-driven project delivery.
