We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Executive Support to join our Technology Services Group team. This role is located in London.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Provide white‑glove VIP service for executives which includes support for desktop/laptop hardware, software, mobile devices, cloud applications and collaboration tools.
  • Work alongside a team of desktop technicians to respond swiftly to Executive requests.
  • Liaison with technical engineers to deliver seamless executive support, including networking, security, A/V and software teams.
  • Support Executive Events as needed.
  • Work directly with Platinum Services leadership to prioritize projects, align resources and keep on track.
  • Participate in on‑call rotation and assist with weekend technical validations as needed.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and minimize disruptions reducing impact to remit.
  • Establish best practices, develop runbooks, and contribute to comprehensive documentation library.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Experience in a desktop support role.
  • Highly proficient in end‑user computing technologies; Windows OS, software/hardware support, mobile devices, cloud applications and collaboration tools.
  • Knowledge of MS Office 365 cloud technologies.
  • Apple MAC support is an added plus.
  • Grasp of technical tools and video conference platforms such as: Cisco Webex, Microsoft Teams, Zoom.
  • Exceptional communication skills and ability to influence others, gain rapid alignment, and secure support.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and experience engaging with executive stakeholders, including C‑suite and Boards of Directors.
  • Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail, able to work effectively under pressure and tight deadlines within a dynamic environment.
