Talentedge Exec is partnering with a US-registered growth equity fund focusing on B2B SaaS, FinTech, & AI investments across UK, US, and EU. The Senior Associate will:

1. Research market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions
2. Build and maintain a network including Founders, CFOs, industry executives, and peers
3. Lead origination, execution, and management of investment opportunities
4. Prepare Investment Committee memoranda

Profile:

• Experience in corporate finance within top-tier investment banks or growth equity funds, with a focus on tech investments
• Strategic, inquisitive, and data-driven with strong financial modeling and presentation skills
• Effective communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and with Founders/CFOs, and at events/conferences
• Willingness to travel internationally (frequency TBC)
