Senior Associate – Tech Growth Equity Fund

Location: Remote working from London, with the opportunity to work in the office of a London-based PortCo. (Also open to candidates based in Europe)

Salary: £100/110k (depending on experience) + carry

Talentedge Exec is exclusively partnering with a US-registered growth equity fund on a newly created Senior Associate opportunity. The fund primarily focuses on B2B SaaS, FinTech, and AI investments across the UK, US, and EU.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions
• Build and maintain a network including Founders, CFOs, industry executives, and peers
• Lead origination, execution, and management of investment opportunities
• Prepare Investment Committee memoranda

Profile:

• Experience in corporate finance within a top-tier investment bank or growth equity fund, focusing on tech investments
• Strategic and inquisitive thinker
• Strong financial modeling and presentation skills, data-driven approach
• Effective communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and with Founders/CFOs at events and conferences
• Willingness to travel internationally (frequency to be confirmed)
