Senior Associate – Tech Growth Equity Fund

Location: Remote working from London, with opportunity to work in the office of a London-based PortCo. Also open to candidates based in Europe.

Salary: £100/110k (depending on experience) + carry

Talentedge Exec is exclusively partnering with a US-registered growth equity fund on a newly created Senior Associate role. The fund primarily focuses on B2B SaaS, FinTech, & AI investments across the UK, US, and EU.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Research market trends and competitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
  2. Build and maintain a network including Founders, CFOs, industry executives, and peers.
  3. Lead the origination, execution, and management of investment opportunities.
  4. Prepare Investment Committee memoranda.
Profile:
  1. Experience in corporate finance within a top-tier investment bank or growth equity fund, focusing on tech investments.
  2. Strategic, inquisitive thinker.
  3. Strong financial modelling and presentation skills, data-driven approach.
  4. Effective communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally and with Founders/CFOs, and at events/conferences.
  5. Willing to travel internationally (frequency to be confirmed).
