Procurement Specialist | Senior Associate

London | Hybrid | Full-time

The Role

As Senior Associate - Procurement, you'll transform third-party spend data into actionable insights, driving procurement maturity and strategic sourcing across our UK and US offices. Reporting to the Procurement Manager International, you'll partner with stakeholders across all domains, including Investments, Finance, Legal, Risk and Compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyse spend, build dashboards and deliver reporting for senior stakeholders.
  • Identify sourcing opportunities and support category planning.
  • Drive process simplification and compliance.
  • Flag high-risk suppliers and manage governance frameworks.
  • Oversee contracts and Statements of Work, ensuring accuracy and timely renewals.
  • Lead on commercial issue resolution and strategic sourcing decisions.
What You'll Bring:
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in spend analysis/reporting.
  • Proficiency in Power BI/Tableau; knowledge of S2C and TPM.
  • Familiarity with procurement systems (Oracle, SAP, Archer).
  • Ability to influence decisions through data insights.
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Procurement or related discipline.
  • Financial services experience desirable.
