THE ROLE

We have new role for an experienced Commercial IT/Data Protection Solicitor 6+ PQE to join this award winning firm

RESPONSIBILITIES

The work will be varied and will include:

  • Leading work on complex IT and data protection matters, handling data protection queries, technology licensing, and legal issues relating to developing technologies, including AI
  • The post holder will be expected to play an active role in business development initiatives and supervising junior team members
THE CANDIDATE

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you will have at least 6+ PQE gained in a large regional, national or international firm

You will have excellent technical skills in contract law and data protection law, sound commercial acumen and leadership skills

Applicants must be able to demonstrate a sound IT and data protection law background
