Job summary

KR8 Advisory, part of the K3 Advisory Group, seeks a Senior Associate to support high-impact restructuring and advisory solutions for SMEs and mid-market across the UK, with offices in Manchester, London and Leeds.

You will manage a varied caseload of Administrations, Liquidations, CVAs and accelerated M&A, collaborating with Senior Managers and Directors to deliver effective client solutions and develop technical and commercial expertise, with study support and qualification opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience of formal insolvency appointments (Administrations, Liquidations, CVAs) with advisory exposure.
• Strong financial analysis to identify assets, liabilities and lender positions.
• Commercially minded with confidence engaging with clients and lenders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; professional relationships.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Ability to manage all areas of case progression and investigations.
• Experience on trading assignments would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Manage a varied caseload of restructuring and advisory engagements across administrations, liquidations and CVAs.
• Review financial statements to identify key assets and liabilities for advisory work.
• Engage with clients, lenders, and legal advisers to deliver value.
• Maintain professional relationships through clear communication.
