Capio Recruitment is seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established London law firm’s Conveyancing team. This key role requires managing a high-quality caseload of residential property matters, such as sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and re-mortgages. With an emphasis on collaboration and mentoring junior staff, the firm offers a supportive, family-feel culture and hybrid working arrangements, requiring approximately 3 days per week in the office.

Qualifications

• Ideally 6+ years PQE in residential property law.
• Experience managing files independently from instruction to completion.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Handle a broad range of residential property matters.
• Support and mentor trainees and junior team members.
• Manage various transactions including high-value sales and purchases.
