Arthur Recruitment is assisting a leading Legal 500-ranked insurance disputes team to appoint an experienced lawyer to support growth within the Professional Risks practice.

The role involves handling a varied caseload in professional indemnity and liability claims, advising on complex insurance coverage disputes, and supervising junior lawyers in a collaborative environment with insurer and London Market clients. Flexible hybrid working is offered.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor with significant insurance litigation experience.
• Background in Professional Indemnity, Insurance Coverage, Property Damage or Liability claims.
• Experience managing your own caseload and delivering commercially focused advice.
• Strong client relationship and business development skills.
• Previous supervisory experience is advantageous.

A leading Legal 500-ranked insurance disputes team is looking to appoint an experienced lawyer to support its continued growth within the Professional Risks practice.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly regarded team acting for insurers, businesses and professionals across a broad range of complex coverage and liability disputes. The work spans professional indemnity, property damage, public liability, management liability (D&O), cyber and data risks, with claims ranging from small disputes through to multi-million-pound matters.
