As a Process Engineering Senior Associate in the International Consumer Bank, you will be a seasoned Business Process Analyst. You will design new business processes that shape customer journeys for our digital retail bank. Your expertise in retail banking domains-products, customer service, cards, fraud, and Fincrime-will help us deliver outstanding experiences.
