Dimensional Fund Advisors is seeking a Senior Associate, PM Operations to lead and coordinate initiatives that enhance the investment process and related technology. You will work with portfolio managers across regions to transition strategies and drive process improvements.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, proactive issue resolution, and documentation of complex procedures, while developing expertise in investment management.

Qualifications

• Degree, or equivalent, in an analytical subject such as science, engineering, finance or economics.
• Experience in consulting, product management, or project management, preferably with financial services projects.
• High attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects to enhance the investment process and related technology.
• Coordinate with global operations and technology teams to prioritize initiatives.
• Identify barriers to project success and address or escalate them.
• Facilitate changes to investment strategies and processes with portfolio managers.
• Support account launches, closures, and transitions.
• Build strong working relationships across functions and communicate complex processes.
