Job Title: Senior / Associate Town Planner

Are you looking to take the next step in your planning career? Would you like to work on some of the most high‑profile projects being delivered across the Thames Valley and surrounding areas?

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team of over 20 planners working across two key offices, providing expert consultancy advice to a diverse range of clients. The projects span large‑scale residential and commercial developments, renewable energy and battery storage, water infrastructure, educational facilities, and smaller rural schemes.

The Role

In this role, you'll be involved in land promotion and the preparation of planning applications, both assisting and managing your own projects. You'll undertake appraisals and appeals, develop strong client relationships, and contribute to the team's wider growth objectives. You'll also play a key part in supporting and mentoring junior team members.
