The Team

A&M's Private Equity Performance Improvement (PEPI) practice specializes in delivering results across the investment lifecycle for private equity investors and their portfolio companies. The team focuses on operational and commercial due diligence, performance improvement, post‑merger integration, and transformation. A&M's proprietary Rapid Results Program helps quickly assess business process risks and identify key areas impeding performance.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a dynamic, collaborative team, leveraging expertise across A&M's global network to deliver impactful solutions for clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Independently structure and deliver workstreams to ensure successful execution of (commercial) due diligence projects together with the CDD leadership team in various industries.
  • Gather data through desk research, performing expert interviews, and conducting surveys.
  • Drive in-depth analyses to uncover risks for the transaction and identify opportunities for post‑transaction value creation.
  • Work with cross‑functional project teams to address challenges and drive results and collaborate with other due diligence workstreams such as ODD, ITDD, FDD, or TaxDD.
  • Deliver reports that focus on the key topics at highest quality in the shortest possible time.

  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities, capable of effectively conveying insights to clients and other stakeholders.
  • Hands‑on, non‑hierarchical leadership style that fosters trust and collaboration across all levels.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present confidently and effectively.
  • Objective, fact‑based approach to problem‑solving.
