Service Care Solutions Ltd in Scotland is seeking ambitious Senior Associates and Partner-level Family Lawyers to join our growing team delivering high-quality family law services across Scotland, including Aberdeen and Edinburgh.

You will manage a varied caseload covering divorce, finances, children and nuptial matters, build strong client relationships, contribute to the firm's growth, and enjoy a modern, supportive working environment with clear progression to Partnership.

Qualifications

• Qualified Scottish solicitor with significant experience in family law.
• Senior Associate or Partner level, or ambitious Associate ready to progress.
• Strong technical knowledge of Scottish family law.

• Protective orders and other family law matters.

The Role

• Manage a varied and high-quality caseload covering all aspects of family law, including Divorce and separation, Financial provision, Child contact and residence matters, Cohabitation and pre/post-nuptial agreements.
• Protective orders and other family law matters.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Supporting the continued growth of the practice.

About You

• Qualified Scottish Solicitor with significant experience in family law.
• Senior Associate or Partner level, or an ambitious Associate ready to progress.
• Strong technical knowledge of Scottish family law.
• Excellent client care and communication skills.
