Job summary

Financial Conduct Authority seeks a Senior Associate, Practising Legal to join the Legal Division's Investments team. You will advise on regulatory requirements, draft rules and guidance, and oversee junior colleagues, focusing on retail investment services and FSMA compliance.

Based in Leeds, Edinburgh or London, you will contribute to supervisory and policy work, applying robust legal analysis to deliver pragmatic, risk-based advice for firms and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Advise on the application and effect of regulatory requirements to ensure firms comply with rules and laws.
