Senior Associate - Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor
Location: Leeds (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

CRA Consulting are partnering with a leading national corporate law firm in Leeds to recruit a Senior Associate Insolvency & Restructuring Solicitor to join their highly regarded team.

The Opportunity

You’ll join a top-tier restructuring & insolvency practice acting for:

• Banks and financial institutions
• Insolvency practitioners
• Corporates, directors and investors

The work will span both contentious and non-contentious matters, including complex restructurings, formal insolvency processes and high-value contentious instructions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on complex restructuring and insolvency matters for a blue-chip client base
• Advise lenders, IPs, companies and directors on the full range of restructuring options
• Manage disputes arising out of insolvency, including asset recovery and director claims
• Supervise and mentor junior fee-earners within the team
• Support business development initiatives and contribute to pitches and client relationships

About You

• Qualified Solicitor (typically 5+ PQE) with strong insolvency & restructuring experience
• Background from a recognised regional, national or international firm
• Confident managing complex matters, leading transactions and supervising juniors
• Strong technical skills, commercial mindset and first-class client care
