The Role

Join this leading International Real Estate group, focussing on Energy, Infrastructure & Regeneration work.

Real Estate sits at the heart of the firm, forming its second-largest department worldwide.

You’ll have the opportunity to work on complex matters which include:

  • Negotiating property agreements i.e. easements, leases, land acquisitions
  • Land right & title matters
  • Negotiating on infrastructure agreements
  • Liaising with local authorities in relation to Energy work

This International heavyweight boasts a strong client base spanning local authorities, Utility companies, councils and more.

Having recently secured several new contracts/tenders, the firm are looking to recruit in line with the growth strategy of the department.

The firm are open to considering lawyers at associate, senior associate or legal director level.
