Job description
Responsibilities
  1. Setting up the cost center view / structure for the functions they are looking at. This involves working with Reg Ops, Reg BI, and Reg Controlling to make sense of the available data and how we can best synthesize all the information
  2. Working with Reg Ops and local team to identify key views which will be most useful
  3. Resolving issues / gaps as identified in the monthly update
  4. Liaising closely with Reg Ops and local team on upcoming initiatives
  5. Structuring the review and financial impact analysis of these initiatives
  6. If analysis is done by country team, reviewing the output and checking the assumptions taken
  7. Setting the tracking needed to ensure that the initiatives are achieving the committed savings / improvements
  8. Working closely with Reg Ops, Reg BI and Reg Controlling to improve the granularity and accuracy of the data we can use for more analysis
  9. Helping set up new processes at times, working effectively in cross‑functional projects to improve data/information gathering
  10. Other ad‑hoc projects or duties assigned
Requirements
  1. At least 4 years of relevant experience
  2. Degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Management
  3. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights are crucial
  4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are necessary to work effectively with various stakeholders
