Job summary

Fifteen West in London is seeking a Consultant focused on the Investment Banking market to join our executive search practice. You will support retained assignments from briefing to completion, engaging with senior stakeholders and clients.

Working closely with Partners, you will conduct market mapping, candidate identification and interview senior candidates, building a strong network across financial services globally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience within executive search or recruitment.
• Experience recruiting into Investment Banking, Financial Services or another relevant professional services market.
• Exposure to senior or executive-level mandates.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders.
• Commercially minded, ambitious and highly organised.
• A genuine interest in building a long-term career within executive search.

Responsibilities

• Deliver retained executive search assignments from initial briefing through to completion.

The Role

An opportunity has arisen for a Consultant to join the London team, with a particular focus on the Investment Banking market. Working closely with Partners and senior members of the business, you will support and deliver retained executive search assignments across Investment Banking and related financial markets.

You will work closely with senior clients and candidates, gaining exposure to C-suite and leadership mandates while developing your own network and market expertise.
