We are seeking an experienced and highly capable Senior Associate to join our Employment team in London, with substantial experience of complex transactional employment work, particularly involving US-headquartered clients and cross-border US/UK and international matters.
Whilst we are specifically seeking candidates with strong transactional experience, our practice is broad and varied and we can offer a great mix of transactional, contentious and advisory work.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in advising on employment aspects of high-value, often fast-paced corporate transactions, working closely with our corporate, private equity, real estate and regulatory teams, as well as US and other international counsel. They will also have the opportunity to work on complex, high value and sensitive contentious matters, including alongside our litigation and white collar crime teams, as well as a range of advisory matters, often with a cross-border element.
This role is integral to the continued growth and profile of our employment offering.
This position will suit a senior employment lawyer who combines technical excellence, commercial awareness, and the confidence to advise on multinational transactions, while also contributing to the strategic development of the practice.

Admitted to practice as a solicitor or barrister either in England and Wales or qualified overseas with experience in the London market.
