Enterprise Digital Experiences (EDX) is responsible for the product management of American Express’ proprietary digital products – Amex Mobile App, Web, Identity, Digital Commerce & Customer Personalisation.

We have a global remit and, with our partners across the Enterprise, we bring the best of American Express’ payment and payment-related services to life through our digital experiences.
The Customer Personalization Team is amongst the core team within EDX, focused on integrating intelligence and value into customer channels, with the aim of improving customer satisfaction, driving revenue contribution, and unlocking efficiency.
