About the role

Collaboration, and making a significant impact in the industry. How You Will Contribute As a Senior Associate, you will lead and deliver regulatory strategy and transformation projects.

Responsibilities
  • Leading client engagements focused on conduct regulations, including Retail (Consumer Duty) and wholesale conduct, regulatory change, and more.
  • Assessing client frameworks and controls against regulatory expectations.
  • Developing remediation plans in response to regulatory findings.
  • Providing regulatory input into M&A, authorisation, or restructuring transactions.
  • Engaging with regulators on behalf of clients.
  • Translating regulatory developments into client-specific impacts.
  • Coaching junior team members and contributing to knowledge development.
  • Contributing to proposals, thought leadership, and market positioning activities.
Qualifications

Experience in conduct regulation, with experience in supervision, consulting, or in‑house compliance. Deep familiarity with the FCA handbook, strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex regulations. Ability to lead high‑quality deliverables and present effectively to senior stakeholders.

Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience with FCA‑regulated firms. Knowledge of the FSMA 2000 s.166 Skilled Person regime. Broad financial services sector knowledge. Familiarity with cross‑border regulatory change.

Education & Qualifications

Strong academic background. Professional qualifications such as ACA, ACAMS, ICA, CISI.
