What you’ll be doing
  • Lead and deliver high-value commercial and tech matters, from software licensing to complex procurement, JV and outsourcing deals
  • Own client relationships in growth sectors such as fintech, SaaS, digital media, and medtech
  • Work cross-practice with corporate, IP and regulatory specialists to deliver cohesive advice
  • Mentor junior team members and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the practice
What you’ll bring
  • Qualified solicitor (England & Wales) with 4-7+ PQE in commercial/technology law
