Beach Baker in Doncaster seeks an experienced Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a diverse portfolio of industrial and office assets across Yorkshire and the North East. You will manage multi-let properties, conduct inspections, and liaise with clients, tenants and contractors to ensure high service standards.

With a hybrid working pattern, you will prepare service charge budgets, oversee site teams, provide regular client reporting and drive Health & Safety compliance while

• Experience managing multi-let commercial properties across assets.
• Experience managing industrial, office, retail or leisure assets.
• Strong client and tenant relationship skills.
• Good knowledge of service charges.
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail.
• Strong Excel and property management system skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Commercial Property Manager

Doncaster | Hybrid Working | Yorkshire & North East Portfolio

I'm working with a well-established property consultancy looking to appoint a Commercial Property Manager to join its growing team in Doncaster.

This is a great opportunity for an experienced property professional who enjoys taking real ownership of their portfolio. You'll manage a varied range of commercial assets, predominantly industrial and office, with some retail and leisure, working closely with clients, tenants, contractors and on-site teams.

The role offers plenty of autonomy alongside the support of a collaborative team, with a hybrid working approach and exposure to properties across Yorkshire and the North East.
